Coon Rapids resident

We reported our dead tree last month, but it's still standing (now leaning). We understand we are unlikely to see a replacement tree until next spring, but think the tree should at least be removed so that it doesn't end up falling down in the upcoming weather. Would ideally like to be present when the replacement tree comes to ensure what we believe to be a full stump that was left underground has been at least ground out somewhat.
