    I crossed this intersection in the crosswalk across San Pablo Ave and was stuck in the middle while cars sped past me. We need a pedestrian blinking light there and a cop to re-enforce the pedestrian right-of-way law.

    This is a very heavily used and complicated intersection. The lights were blinking last Friday March 4, and are still blinking today, 3 days later! Dangerous!
