Does RMR have permission to be felling trees during nesting season?

Tree with very large spikes that have gone through the sole of my boot. Dangerous for daycare down the street and pets

The public recreation centre which is the only indoor public space for children. Ia not open on over 50 percent of the days children are not i school. Ie su days and holidays. This is ridiculous. If staffing requires a cloaure day it should be on a weekeday.

At least three rvs with people living in them. Fire hazards everywhere! Was there to purchase something off of the homeowner and noticed that it looked like some kind of commune!

Please fix the roads of this town, and not just the ones to the ski hill. Please care about what the people really want!

The potholes in front of the big eddy liquor store are atrocious and have been there for forever. When I asked the manager if they planned to fix them, he said it is city property and they have requested many times for them to get fixed but no action ever comes from it. They also said that they have had many complaints from customers about it so this is a concerning issue. Please fix them so nobody breaks an axle.

While walking the dog this morning I noticed this tree was leaning over Johnson way and that trees seemed to be missing from this tree line.
Montana place owners cut down multiple trees that appear to not be on their property, destabilized the berm between their property and Johnson way and placed boulders to cover the removal.
Large stumps and felled tree on driveway.
Maybe permitted but very sad to see trees cut down if they had no permission/permits.

Lots of kids biking with the nice weather. Hope to see the roads swept around the school as there is a large amount of gravel on the shoulders. Just a thought. Thanks.

Hard to see in picture - tree is being cut down unsafely - strapped to a hi-hoe bucket and being pulled down while being cut at the base - not sure if a permit is required or some sort of safety ground crew??
The tree is on side of Johnson way and being cut by owners of 1101 Montana Place.
Tree may be on their property but seem extremely unsafe.

Large lift in sidewalk near the Catholic Church on 5th. Trip hazard.

When will Pearson street be repaired, it’s been in disrepair for years. This is a disgrace! Not to mention a public safety hazard.

Arena needs a normal bike stand the one that is there you can't fit bike tires in

There is a small sink hole along the greenbelt near the workers memorial. Could be a trip hazard, ankle breaker if it’s dark.
