This bicycle pile homeless and cabinet has become a centralized location for stolen bikes and drug deals it has now spread out into the neighborhood by adding more homeless and cabinet people in the area this is been going on for over a year

Massive pile of bicycles and hazmat Cingular homeless person occupying a block blocking the sidewalk blocking car parking blocking bicycle lane

this is an entire block homeless and Kament but there is only one guy the other people took assistance and are gone it is now just a giant pile of garbage could you please come and clear all of this trash you cannot get down the sidewalk you cannot use The bicycle path it is crazy amount of trash and it is leading to drug attic drug attic‘s and people wandering around and picking at it at 3o’clock in the morning

This is an encampment of one person there well over 100 bicycles Home depot carts abandon vehicle trash hazmat tires This person is mentally ill

This is an out of control and Kament it is pushed into West MacArthur he is just added a second car into this mess of hundreds of bicycles and Home Depot carts it is made it impossible for this business to operate correctly

This is an over the top homeless and cabinet that has active drug dealing going on on a nightly basis across the street they are using the sewer as a dump for their toilet and they are coming across the street to the Evergreen Baptist Church and using the front of their business as a toilet they were also blocking the bike lane and the sidewalk for West MacArthur forcing people to walk in the street to get around it

This entire block is blocked the entire sidewalk is blocked you cannot walk down West MacArthur there must be 100 by schools and shopping carts in this encampment and the encampment person is dumping his human waste on top of the drainage area out in front

This person is illegally dumping to the point were the business entrances are blocked the owner of the property is afraid to approach this person we are looking for help in unblocking the driveways to the business also to have this person’s things off of the fence

The address is 411 W. MacArthur this is one homeless guy he is over the entire block and now he has moved all of his stuff into the street and is blocking parking and one of the businesses entrances
