To Whom It May Concern,
Please perform an inspection at 908-910 Elm Street, as the property shows constant blight. Trash cans are always left out and overflowing, tenant on second floor has a dog that defecates all over the property and surrounding properties, there is some type of commercial equipment that is in front of the home, and trash is all around the property.
