    The street lights are out starting on Wood St, south of the train tracks at Culllerton St and continuing until Cermak Rd; and on 21st St from Wood St until Damen Ave. This is recurring problem!!!!! These exact street lights go out a few times a month, usually when there is a storm/strong wind!
