My recycling is picked up in the alley and is only picked up if there is more than one bin placed for pickup. This is getting frustrating.

Is this an appropriate way to repair a utility pole with a weathered stick and some duck tape? Especially in light of the fact that hurricane season isn't over?

Trash can in alley is covered in flies, can't get to can to put in trash. Smells like a dead animal. Can you spray the can? Perhaps residents are dumping unbagged garbage directly into the bin. Thanks

The city palm that sits on the edge of my property appears to be diseased. Can this tree be removed or treated? I'm concerned with other plants and shrubs becoming infected. Thanks so much.

This is the 4th time I've had to submit this issue to the City. When the recycling was being picked up on the street it was picked up regularly. Since it has been moved to the alley, it's rarely picked up on the scheduled day. Initially, it seemed like it was always missed when I was the only person recycling but now there are two bins in the alley that haven't been picked up. It appears that the drivers just don't want to pick up the recycling bins in the alley because there only two of us at best in the neighborhood that recycle. Is there anyway that it can go back to being picked up on the street as I'm getting frustrated with having to report missed pickups and the sanitation department doesn't bother to come out until the next scheduled date rolls around.

A week ago I reported that my recycling bin was not picked up and it's still sitting in the alley full. It seems that the bin doesn't get picked up when I'm the only one who puts out a bin. Can this get resolved as it is not the first time this has happened

Trash can has been broken for the last 3 weeks and lid collects standing water breeding mosquitos. Can the can be replaced? Thanks for your help.

Recycling has been working fine until it was moved to the alley. It was not picked up two weeks ago because I was unaware of the change and didn't place it in the alley, so for the following pick up date I complied with all of the requirements as stated on their orange flag and placed it in the ally. The bin is on my property, it is more than 3 ft. from the solid waste container, it is more than a foot from any fence, it is not near any utility poles, it is not blocking the driveway or the alleyway. Given compliance it was not picked up again this Wednesday following the holiday. I called the Residential Recycling number on Thursday and they assured me that they would send a truck to pick it up that day. No show. I called again on Friday and again they assured me it would be picked up today. It's now end of day Friday and no one has shown up to pick up the recycling and it is completely full. Can you help? Thanks so much. Barbara Hammond
