Street name sign in the median at the intersection of Ward Ave & Diamond Springs Road has been hit & is leaning into the Southbound lane of traffic; sign is intact but pole is bent.

I can't determine if it is WaWa's side or the City side since it's further into the street & right at the apron at the City ROW.but it's a fairly deep hole. Please have someone visit this location & determine/ advise who needs to make repairs. Thanks-

This traffic light is at the entrance to the shopping center. This signal's turn lanes turning off East Little Creek Rd will advance in almost no time at all, but traffic waiting to turn left onto East Little Creek out of the shopping center can sit repeatedly for the light to cycle before they can go.

Traffic signal at the intersection of East Little Creek Rd. & Ransom Rd, primarily eastbound towards Shore Drive has LED heads in them that are very difficult to see when lit until you get right to the intersection. They appear to be dimmer than normal signals and also tilted downward at the same time, making them very difficult to see. I have witnessed several "near-misses" of collisions in this intersection, primarily in the morning, from people that can't or don't see the signals (even though they are supposed to yield in the first place). Please have Traffic Engineering investigate. This is fed via traffic cabinet L249.

2200 Block East Little Creek Rd. Eastbound towards Halprin Drive, left lane- roadway is buckling from what appears to be an old repair. in this exact same location there is frequently standing water here; during rain events the water collects in the median & drains onto the roadway completely filling the laft travel lane causing cars to either hydroplane or rapidly jump out of the left lane into the right travel lane to avoid the water, AFTER hitting the raised roadway. Recipe for an accident here... please investigate. The drainage issue has progressed over the last 6 months.

There is what appears to be an expansion buckle in the roadway that is raised up & failing in the left lane, Westbound, directly in front of the day care center. This creates a somewhat of a "speed bump" causing cars & trucks to hit it hard when traveling over it. You don't really see it until you hit it. Please advise-.

This area has become increasingly deteriorated over the past few months. The problem starts in the intersection of Witchduck Rd. & Cleveland St. on Witchduck, and continues Southbound in the right travel lane past the I264W onramp. This area has numerous very wide & deep craters; it looks like a Bagdad runway. I know this area is in the Witchduck Road widening project but this location needs to be milled & paved in the meantime.

There is a sinkhole next to a storm drain in front of above address that is somewhat deep; it can literally throw a car out of the travel lane as the road is sloped at this point. Location has been cut & patched before but patch is sinking in. There are 2 other sinkholes in the roadway eastbound along the pipeline.
