So basically what your saying is it's ok for cars to speed and possibly hit someone walking on the street as well as the kids running back and forth to and from the riverbank. So many people walk on 11th avenue and there are no sidewalks, and kids are kids. At least were not letting our kids stay inside all day playing video games were making them go out and saftey is always going to be an issue.Plain and simple if i catch you whipping around our corners at crazy speeds you bet your ### that i will get your licence plate and call the police wouldn't be the first time.

Well the only real way to solve this problem is the neighbour hood needs to get together and go to the bingo hall and raise @#$% and let them know clean this crap up. If you stand back and not say anything how is this problem going to be fixed c-mon people speak up it's our city too

How about grab a garbage bag and clean it yourselves, i think there are more important areas of the city that need work and all your worried about is the bingo hall it's their job not bylaws

Actually we already call the police and it is quite effective, the problem with people now a days is no one will step up and look out for their neighbour hoods. If we want a better city and community we all need to get together and stand up for what we believe in. And as for derp this is not a grammer test don't post useless answers

I have to strongly disagree the area in which a playground would be good is 11th ave and river street and our neighbour hood keeps it clean all the parks are too far away for us to just let the kids go play.
