Large black plastic bags of debris (lathe, plaster) was dumped at this location at least 6 days ago - bags are now tearing - big mess

Traffic signal has been blinking red in both directions since Friday - very hard for pedestrians to cross at Livingston/Willow intersection

Large camper NJ license plate has been parked across from the side of Wilbur Cross High School.
It has been there for over a week even during the street sweeping.
Needs to be checked out by the City services.

Street light at the corner of Livingston and Canner at 172 Livingston is OUT.
Very dark at this intersection.

Street tree has lost large limb and several smaller ones which are on the street strip and sidewalk making walking difficult. Debris has been on the ground and sidewalk for over two weeks.

Please collect leaf bags before winter weather arrives tomorrow.
Livingston from Canner to East Rock as well as Cold Spring St. to Whitney have not been collected.

The crown of tree has broken and is perched on lower branches over both lanes of street. Will take out utility wires as well when it falls.
Immediate attention requested as the sidewalk is directly under this broken tree.

Sewer repair by North Haven Sewer has left the repaired black top 3-4" lower than the city sidewalk - tripping hazard waiting to happen

Leaf bags have not been pick up on the blocks between Canner and East Rock Rd.
Please return to get them before they fall apart.

Having just read the New Haven leaf pickup/street sweeping, I have two comments/questions:
1. Why are the city schools (Wilbur Cross and little Hooker) blowing their leaves into the street? I have seen this twice within the last two weeks.
2.Given the aftermath of the recent two wind storms, yards are filled with small sticks, small branches. Why are these not being picked up if they are cut to the size to fit the paper bags?
Not everyone's car is sized to cart bags of small cut branches to the Middletown Ave station.

Multiple branches blocking side walk on this block including the bus stop on the south side of the street.

Leaf bag was not pick up this morning when trash and/or recycling were.
Please send truck back for pick up today.

Lamp has been out for over two years! and reported many times. Other lights on the street were relamped with LED; the fact that this one was not tells me it's more than a bulb problem. For walkers this presents a dark part of the block as well as makes it unsafe for homeowners.
