    TRUCK HAS BEEN PARKED ON STREET IN SAME SPOT SINCE SUNDAY. THE OWN HAS PURCHASED A DIFFERENT VEHICLE AND PARKS AT THE EDGE OF MY DRIVE TO PREVENT ME FROM PARKING THERE. HOWEVER, I CONTACTED YOU LAST WEEK TO MAKE KNOWN IT'S PRESENCE THERE FOR 4 DAYS, THEY SWAPED OUT CARS FOR THE WEEKEND AND NOW IT IS SITTING FOR DAYS YET AGAIN. LEGALLY TAGGED YET CITY ORDINANCE SAYS NO PARKING FOR MORE THAN 72 HOURS AND 24 FOR ABANDONED VEHICLE....SO I GUESS WE WILL DO THIS EVERY SINGLE WEEK. THIS GUYS IS A REAL PROBLEM DUDE

    The address at 3716, the one next door to the north and directly across the street ALL LEAVE THEIR CANS, BOTH BLUE AND BLACK, OUT ON THE CURB EVERY SINGLE DAY OF THE YEAR!!!!! I HAVE REPORTED THIS OVER AND OVER AND THEY ARE STILL ON THE CURB.

    Constant Yard Parking here and through out the whole neighborhood.....Please enforce this as I have reported this dude before. While you are on the block...feel free to take a look around. We are only about 10 houses long and there at least half of that number are yard parkers in the evening and weekends!

    City code Sec. 27-471. - Time of container placement, states that they be brought in after pick up.
    This renter and the renter north of this address NEVER EVER bring their cans away from the curb making our neighborhood clean up project impossible. We are trying to bring our neighborhood back to the place it was prior to the CARELESS renting policies took hold. Please Please address this issue.

    I have had an ongoing issue with the new renter at the said address. Apparently they have acquired another vehicle and have decided that rather than to park in the front yard to irritate me by partially blocking my drive way making it difficult for me to leave my driveway. This truck has been parked at the edge of my drive since last Tuesday. If the 72 hour violation does not apply to this Abandoned vehicle then City Code Section 24-140 should. This truck obstruct my view of the road while backing out of my drive. These people have been an irritant as they have excessive parking in their drive or if the could just back up their vehicle 4 feet would be nice. As it is, they have been parked on the street without moving for more than 24 hours and in violation. The attached picture was taken Tuesday morning before my scheduled garbage pick up. The pulled up to my can after I had placed it there and they have not moved that vehicle since!

    When the washer or sink is used in the home next door to me, I can hear water pouring onto the ground. I looked over my fence and this is what I saw. I contacted you and the owner months ago and even with a new tenant, it is still occurring. While I was outside cleaning out the shed last week, I heard the water, looked up and did not see the window open, yet I still heard the water pouring from somewhere and it was visible on the ground. I have a Liver Transplanted son who is allergect to Misquitos....this has been a long standing issue. Please check into this. I called over a week ago and was told that a caseworker would call, but has not. Thank you. That house is a hot mess.

    The renters moved in over 3 months ago and brought at least 3 Uhaul loads of JUNK and literally threw it out of the back into the back yard of the home. I informed the owner and I was told that they are just moving in. It has been 3 months and I have Rats coming under the fence from their property and Misquitos as well.

    went to a Civic Meeting and became a Disston Heights member last night. I was given this website and am hopeful that I get better results than calling Code enforcement. My neighborhood is plagued with Parking Code violations. I will include as many addresses and pictures as allowed. My suggestion would be that Code enforcement, while on this block (only 10 house long) take a look around. There are bare/dirt areas where the violating renters park. It is so frustrating for the homeowners to keep our neighborhood looking decent when everyone parks where ever they please. Thank you so much for this site. 3643 47th Street North, Truck and White car in the yard (see Pic) This house also has mass quanities of dumped metal and debris in the back yard that was tossed off the back of three uhaul loads nearly 3 months ago. Directly across the street from that address the home owner parks in the abandoned home north of him, on the west side of 47th Street north, he parks multitudes of vehicles (see Pictures) 3716 has a card in the drive with no tag...we just got that one off the street as it was "Noticed" by an officer after 3 calls to the PD. 3701 has multiple cars parking on the lawn and a tree growing out of the roof due to long standing leaf debris.
