    After a brief but glorious golden age, when the pavement along the railroad tracks between New St. and the Fresh Pond Mall parking lot was finally fixed and even and smooth, unfortunately it is now in worse condition than ever. The pavement has completely caved into huge deep trenches/ditches that run along the railroad tracks, causing frame rattling impacts at even 10 mph. In the meantime there should probably be a warning sign posted.
