Oil and grease running across the sidewalk and into the street out of kitava restaurant's garbage area. I have talked to the restaurant several times about this and they have not stopped it and cleaned it up. Restaurants address is around the corner. 375 40th St, Oakland, CA 94609

Mattress, furniture, etc. dumped on sidewalk.

Sofa dumped on sidewalk. Also is there a way to get the outdoor seating removed from street? The restaurant has been closed for a year. It just creates a place for people to leave garbage and do drugs.

Broken pallet and plywood has been sitting on the sidewalk for week. Seems to be from the restaurant remodel, that is happening on the corner of 40th and Opal.

Blighted property. Weeds everything, growing into sidewalk. Tree branches at corner are blocking the sidewalk.

Hog's Apothecary continues to store their garbage and recycling on the sidewalk and not in their designated garbage area. We have talked to the management and owner about the issue numerous times.
