To whom it may concern - I manage Quarry Springs, located on River Road next to the Cabin John Fire Department. An intersection was installed to allow one way traffic into Quarry Springs headed East on River Road and an access ramp heading West on River Road. The markings are difficult to see, especially at night and my staff have informed me that there have been several accidents in front of the property due to drivers travelling River Road not seeing or taking notice of the signage. Presently the vertical signage is down, and the snow is blocking the curb, which is exacerbating the problem. I am writing to urge you to send someone to the site to inspect this intersection. You should also check police records for documented incidents at this location. I'm very concerned that someone is going to get killed by oncoming traffic if this matter isn't addressed.
