Pedestrians have to stand where cars are making right turns...very dangerous. Nowhere for wheelchair access or people with rolling bags to cross. Cars parked blocking access road to make right turn from Indiana to 5th street so cars have to go to corner to turn and that corner is where pedestrians have to walk because all other routes for pedestrians are covered with high piles of snow. Someone is going to be seriously injured if this isn't addressed soon!
