    The property is covered in junk, tarps and garbage bags. There is a terrible odor coming from the property and Rats have been seen on the property. The Milford health department has been aware of this issue for more than 10 years and there has been an open blight case and numerous complaints over the years, but nothing has been done to clean up this property. per the milford health department the septic system has never been uodated and is most likely a non working system and the kitchen sink is illegally being piped out the back if the property and they are ignoring these issues. When we complain they walk around the property quickly and never open any of the bags, lift the tarps or inspect inside the home. They do not inspect the property monthly or stay on top of this matter and that is why the occupants have gotton away with this for so long. The city of Milford and the Milford health department need to take care of this matter immediately. Our neighborhood should not have to deal with this serious health issue and blight nightmare.

There is a terrible odor coming from the home and property and we have seen rats on the property and they are coming onto the surrounding properties. The house is in bad shape and you can see junk piled high through the windows at the back of the house. This property has been a problem for more than 10 years and many complaints have been made, but still as of today The health department and city of Milford has done nothing to clean up this dump. The health departhment needs to finally resolve this serious matter and have this property cleaned up asap. We have been filed complaints with the health department and Mayor Ben Blake's office. Per the health inspector the septic system is the original system and it has never been uodated and is most likely a non working system and athe kitchen sink is illegally oiped out the back of the house, but they still have done nothing regarding these serious matters.
