    Icy sidewalk. My kids were falling down on the way to school. There were guys working inside so I know someone was there, but no attempts to clean or salt the sidewalk were made. This was a recurrent issue last winter as well. Must clean both the Norfolk and Worcester sides of the sidewalk. I believe one building is fully occupied and the other is under ongoing construction.
