    Hello,
there are two large panes of broken tempered glass on the St Stephens trail, about 100 yards from Bates Blvd. The two panes are maybe 20-30 feet apart. The broken glass covers the whole path. One piece was dark grey and the other was blue. I am not sure where it came from, but it makes the path very slippery and difficult to navigate.

Lil Bear Carwash has always been really good about having their sign out of the accessible route. But they got a new sign and had it fully in the sidewalk today. Light weight sign and my other options were to go through a tree or a block wall. Hit the sign. Please remind them that not every pedestrian is able to step over their sign. Have a video as always but didn't download it today, just fuming mad that I had to hit the sign. Or you could give me a bike lane?

The roadway in front of this accessible ramp is damaged with a gap in excess of ADA standards and is very unsafe. It is a hazard for catching wheels on. Pedestrians do not have an accessible alternative because of the size of this opening.

"Ascent - Now Leasing Sign" blocks the accessible route. It is the new Ascent apartment complex. The placement of this sign pushes me in toward the garage. This causes me to conflict with cars exiting the garage.

The moveable sign at the 76 station for the Smog Testing is in the accessible route. Today the sign was in the middle of the sidewalk and I had to hit it to get past it (not pictured). It is also too close to the driveway and with the driveway sloped how it is, the accessible route is realistically right where the sign is. It should be on the private property. Also, the city had the stop light computer controller box open reducing my access with no signage to indicate the accessible route I should be taking (ie where was my sidewalk closed ahead sign?). I am fed up with dodging this smog station's sign every day. Really you could give me a bike lane on YVR if you were feeling really generous. Until then, I will just complain about all of the ADA access problems for us pedestrians.
