    Blaring strange noise coming from area of Broad Canal last night. This lasted from approximately 8 to after 11 pm. This seems to be a recurring event happening more and more frequently. It is very loud. Neighbors have been calling me for weeks and twice they got into cars to track this and both reported it coming from that energy company in area of Broad Canal. One neighbor reported that she went with son in middle of night and as she approached that building, there was substantial ground vibration accompanying the noise. Two other neighbors went out in middle of night two weeks ago and reported exactly the same event. I had all windows closed and was on 4th floor of my home when I heard and felt the vibration. I shut off the tv since I really thought I was hearing some kind of drum and wind instrument performance. It was virtually impossible to find out which city official handles this kind of complaint so I am resorting to this. Marie Elena Saccoccio, 55 Otis Street, 627-864-8403.
