Please fill BAGDAD sizes pot holes on Winthrop between Whalley and Percival again. Please pave the street. it took 20 years to pave Carmel St, now its time to repave Winthrop. Do we need to protest?

Food business with no license selling food and drinks no license. no business license no health department certification. raccoons in ceiling. kids playing and i electrical outlet covers. name family nutrition on the sign. next to chinese restaurant and whalley pizza.

trash constantly covering the front of the yard and in the street. day after street sweeping and garbage pick up

Paint speed bumps. How come i never seen an unpainted speed bump in white communities but only seen blind unpainted speed bumps in our community. in white communities the sign is a good distance before speed bump. in our community is at the speed bump. handle you business or find a new line of work.

Many times complained. The street is worse than Bagdad, Iraq.
The pot holes are huge, and throwing baseball size gravel. One is gonna break a window, or injure somebody. I am tired of the rocks denting my car. The street needs repaving like Carmel Street was repaved.

vehicles stolen regularly and parked in same area, it is also blocking driveway at 509 between 509 and 511. been there about a week

Pothole throwing rocks when car hits them, the street looks like the streets of Iraq, many pot holes riddle the street. Pothole throws rocks dents my car.

2 large Rottweiler sized Raccoons roaming the neighborhood just after sun down. Terror of the neighborhood.
