Pot hole forming after you cross thru intersection with Six Forks and Dartmouth, South on Six Forks Road, inside lane.

Yard waste was not picked up on the regular route of 06/18/2020. On 06/19/2020 neighbors' trash was picked up and my two trash cans full of debris/yard waste was overlooked. The yard debris is in containers within the city's requirements. Seventeen (17) days later and the yard waste amount is growing and nothing has been picked up. What gives?

Tree debris is in the gutters on Six Forks Road between Computer Drive to Anderson Drive. This debris clogs the drain covers and is piled up that it covers the curbing along the road. There are no homes fronting this part of Six Forks and no one takes ownership of the fallen debris removal (pine straw, leaves, trash, etc.). Can someone help get these gutters cleaned up?

Six Forks North, Outside lane between Oakland Drive and Barrett Drive. Big pothole and it's getting bigger everyday.

On Six Forks Road between Computer Drive and Anderson Drive, pine straw debris fills the curb side and gutters to the point the curbs are not visible. Rainwater has no where to flow except back up into the streets during downpour. Who is responsible for getting the pine straw up from a major road like Six Forks Road between Computer Drive to Anderson Drive?

At the intersection of Lakemont Drive and Pinecroft Drive, the watermain (?) break that was worked on Monday, 1/22/2018, and now is a open gravel patch, has water seeping up into the road last night and this morning. Appears the repair that was attempted Monday has broken/leaked again?

Heading south on Six Forks Road at the intersection of Six Forks Road and Front Street/440 West Entrance Ramp, there are roof shingles in the road way. Mainly in the right hand lane, but this can be damaging to citizens' tires.

Dead vegetation from storm has piled up on sidewalk impeding pedestrians right of way. Folks have to almost step out into crowded Six Forks Road to get around the downed vegetation.

Brush/tree is protruding into the right of way when headed south on Six Forks Road inside the Beltline between Barrett Drive stoplight and Coleridge Drive. It appears a wreck happened and the brush/tree was damaged and is protruding into the right of way.

I reported this issue over a month ago. Dead vegetation falling into the traffic right of way on southbound Wake Forest Road. the last issue was a limb tangled up in vegetation and falling into the road. It appears vegetation was trimmed after that complaint and left on the side of the road. Now that dead vegetation is falling off the hill/curbside and into the travel lane. Dead vegetation is all along a two block area now.

Big pothole forming in the southbound lanes of Dawson St right at the intersection with E Edenton Street. It is in the second lane from the right about a cars length from the intersection. Seem to hit it 90% of the time as traffic is too heavy to swerve out of the way to miss it.

In the 200 block of Northfield Drive. In the middle of the road by the manhole cover, a SINKHOLE is forming again. This has been repaired within the last year (I believe) and it is beginning to sink again. Could be a lareger problem.
