    34 Tremont St Albany, NY, 12205, USA - Albany
    This car has been parked on the street in front of 34 Tremont St for approximately 3-4 weeks. It never moves, even on the one-day a week that it is supposed to be moved for street cleaning purposes. It is causing a traffic hazzard because it is parked in a blind-spot. If you are driving south on Tremont, you cannot see cars driving north and vice-versa. Tremont St has a S-curve right where the car is parked.

    The traffic light at the intersection of Brevator Street and Lincoln Avenue is not working on the North and South Sides. No green (or yellow) light appears. It is lighting on the east/west sides of the light

    Large tree has fallen into the middle of the road. There is about one lane open for both directions of traffic.

    The pothole is located midway between Zoar Ave and Tremont Street. It is about 3 foot by 4 foot and quite deep. It is almost impossible to avoid.

    The house appears to be abandoned. No one ic caring for the house. There are some kind of stickers on the windows, but I don't know what they are for. The house is a big neighborhood eyesore.

    The sidewalk is raised due to tree routes. It is very easy to stumble and fall. It also makes it difficult for children who are learning to ride their bikes.

    Deep pothole near the intersection of Pinehurst and Tremont. Pinehurst is a narrow street. I am concerned that parked vehicles will be hit.

    Last year this area was dug up to check on either sewer or water pipes. They never returned to fix the damage they did to the sidewalk crossing area for handicapped persons. Also the pedestrian crossing lines were never repainted.

    The east side of the Alexander Apts has areas for handicapped persons to have their vans pull up, but the road has a number of potholes which are quite deep. The north side of the Apts also has quite a few potholes

    The sign for Danker Ave is also missing at Danker and Washington Aves.

    Last year they repaved Zoar Ave, but they never repainted the white lines to separate road and sidewalk. Cars going north on Zoar frequently drive on the "sidewalk". Sidewalk and road are both blacktop. It is very unsafe for pedestrians.
