    W. 26th St. Between Semmes Ave. and Hull St. desperately needs to be plowed again with a snow plow. It was plowed once right after the storm ended, but there was still a thick layer of snow covering the road. Now that the snow is starting to melt, there is a ton of slush on the road and many cars get stuck on the road daily. I live on 26th and see people stuck all throughout the day. The street is used as a connector between Hull and Semmes, so there is quite a bit of traffic on the road, and it's not safe to drive on in its current state.

    A portion of the play structure at Lombardy playground is broken. There is a hole in the platform that is large enough for a child's foot to slip through.

    Slide broken and missing. The slide is gone so there is a steep drop to the ground. There are metal poles sticking out of the ground that are dangerous.

    The playground structure that is closest to the corner of Jahnke and forest hill blvd (the one with red sliding boards) has broken metal on one of the sections of flooring. It seems a child's foot could fall through the broken portion, or fingers could get stuck, and cut by the exposed sharp metal pieces.
