Trash bags have been left inside property gate for months with birds, cats and rats reaping them open and picking at it. 1 Large eat was observed twice during DAYTIME on June 1st and June 2nd

Rat seen several evening in a row for the past couple weeks.

Mattress and frame still there after 2 weeks. Now conveniently in small parts spreading everywhere since people actually drive over it since nothing was done about it.
