Abandoned property at 2500 q street. Tree has not been pruned in years. Now obstructing alley access. The streetlight is severely obstructed.

There is now a build up of trash in the commercial bins. The property is vacant so it's impossible to contact the property manager.

There are probably a couple of dozen well-developed rat holes under and around the equipment box for the baseball field at Rose Park.

They have been there for sometime and I have have made many attempts to have them addressed. It's become quite a community.

We really need your help getting this addressed.

Per 17-00056728 I was advised that an operator told a neighbor that the reason our recycling didn't get collected was that our block did not provide sufficient Christmas tips (or "coffee money"). I refuse to be held ransom for services that I should receive. Please remind your operators this is unacceptable behavior.

Food truck. Owner claims inoperable and broke down. Does not move to Bethesda depot in evening.

Tree obscures street light. Tree is located in alley and not private property.
