    Sutter's Landing park homeless encampments. My description of the two camps I wanted to report seems to be gone. They are both off the main trail down to the river, the one that turns toward the river just on the east side of the big elderberry. One is a mass of mess under a brown garden umbrella, including an overflowing shopping cart and LOTS of other trashy looking stuff. A frightening mess. The other is upslope from that one, just off the small trail that parallels the river. Look up to the right as you turn to head up river. It is a tent in the trees.
