    Holmes Rd @ Kirby Dr Houston, Texas - Southwest
    This manhole is located on eastbound holmes rd just before the kirby dr light & it has water leaking up from it. It has been this way for months now. When cars roll over the manhole, it splashes water up and over into the eastbound and part of the westbound lanes. This leak should be fixed before the manhole cover is dislodged and someone drives over an open manhole.

    The lights past this interesection all turn green while the light @ Commerce & Chenevert turns red. Occasionally the traffic will back up into the Hamilton intersection if cars ahead are not turning right onto Chenevert. I just think the Commerce/Chenevert light should be synchronized to turn green with the other intersection lights.
