No one appears to be servicing any of the dogipot stations I have walked by lately. This turns a public health benefit into a bit of a hazard.

Why is the fountain not working?

Section of sidewalk has been missing for several years. Slippery muddy mess in wet weather and dangerous in freezing weather.

Street sign missing at corner of Fairview and Oakland. Delivery people keep leaving packages for 225 Fairview at our house, 225 Oakland.

Substantial amount of water running out of temporary street repair. Muddy water running down street gutter to storm drain and into creek at bottom of hill on Wilton.

Water seeping out of the driveway with no obvious source- possible water line leak?

Grading and tree removal right up to the edge of the stream bank. Probable violation of the stream buffer. No erosion and sedimentation control installed whatsoever.

The problem is the dog water a good portion of the fountain behind the old County Courthouse. I took the picture on July 20 and the dog watering part of the fountain still does not work.

It does not appear that the removal of all four mature trees on this property is justified. 25% of the existing protected tree canopy has clearly not been conserved. This tree destruction has already had a marked negative impact on the nearby neighbors. Every neighbor I have talked to is displeased and believes that the new tree ordinance is either not being enforced or that it is unacceptably weak.
