The city came out and remove the old streetlight in front of all of the houses. They reinstalled a new LED streetlights down the street in front of all the empty lots and abandoned houses.
The houses that are livable are in the dark but the abandoned houses and vacant lots are all lit up.
The residence on Benteler street would like their street light back to deter crime. How can you help us?
