    Wall along E St. Expressway adjoining 23rd St and D St. NW

    THIRD time opening this request after originally reporting over six months ago. (See issues 1547875 and 1716086.) There is an ENTIRE WALL of graffiti here that has not been painted over in years. First request closed with "nothing found" [false] and second request said "marked as resolved" [wrong].

    Please take this seriously, DC. It's embarrassing that diplomats and other foreign dignitaries get driven by this on their way to the State Department.

    Reopening issue #15-00067731. Must have been looking in wrong place as this has been on the wall for a very long time. See attached photo taken 6/16.

    Update 12/16 -- six months later -- the graffiti is still there. This has NOT BEEN RESOLVED.

    Also there are a TON of homeless people living over there, maybe put them to work!

    Homeless people have set up large tents/residences in the small square across from the Red Cross building.

    (Yes, there are homeless people who sleep in that square, but usually vacate during the day. This has grown into a full blown residence complete with tarps, luggage, and laundry.)
