Last year the citybtold me it was not able to clear snow for a walking path becailuse of the mound of dirt you see in this picture. It meant pedestrians had to walk on the icy road to get to the sidewalk on Franklin. Please clear away this mound before it freezes.

Pedestrians can't get to crosswalk from norseman without walking into the icy road. Please clear the snowpile.
