    There is a utility cut all the way across the street including the bike lane. It is over an inch deep and basically a 90-degree angle. No patch or anything has been provided for bikes - you basically have to bunny-hop up from the cut area to the road. VERY DANGEROUS.

    In general there are no speed limit signs along this stretch but there are "Photo Enforced" signs. MUTCD recommends that Photo Enforced signs be accompanied by signs with the information about WHAT is being enforced - in this case a speed limit sign.

    There is a large pothole in the middle of Belmont just off of 16th. There is an orange barrel over the hole and it makes it hard for vehicles to turn onto Belmont.
