    Ditches that border the property line of the property address need to be cleaned from heavy shrubs and plants. We can handle our private property clearing, but ditches do not fall on our property.

    The drainage easements (ditches) surrounding our property have not been maintained. There are weeds and grass that have grown too much that are impeding the drainage of the ditches. They need to be maintained.

    The property adjacent to hours was built after ours was. Whoever approved everything allowed the finished floor elevation of the building to be significantly higher than ours, creating a low spot between properties. Now the drains do not work and our building floods during large storm events. Thanks

Ditches still need shrub, landscaping maintenance and there is debris still in the north ditch. There are two ditches: One along North Side of the Property and one along East side.
