    Not really a pothole but an uncovered pipe. Adjacent to cross walk so a pedestrian could step in hole and injure themselves. A cap is probably needed to eliminate hazard. Has been open for months.

    In the alley behind the H street Foot Locker and Shoe City, people use the alley to urinate and deficate. It's a regular problem. Potential solutions include: posting signs against such acts, installing cameras to monitor the area, or asking the police to check the alley on their patrol. The raw sewage is a potential hazard.
