    Stop and/or yield signs needed at new intersection where Lake/Penny meet the new skatepark lot at the north end of the waterfront. There's no signage currently except pedestrian ones and it's not at all clear who has right of way for vehicles.

    Hay bales needed where the lower Callahan sledding hill meets the big yellow foul pole and lighting pole. The hill has become super icy of late and would be much safer with just a few hay bales there.
