    The weeds are now >5 feet tall. You guys never finished putting in all the bark now we have a half-finished landscape of bark and flammable weeds, an altogether ugly mess. Can we at least get someone to mow the weeds down and reduce the fire hazard?

    What used to be simply a morass of weeds in the right of way In the abandoned open space area between the heather farm garden center and houses along Matterhorn Drive has now become a morass of bark and weeds. Piles of bark have been dumped weeks ago but never spread out. Weeds are growing through most of the bark because no weed barrier was put down. This area used to be a mess, now it is and even uglier mess. The City has apparently decided to turn this into a dumping ground for tree debris. When can we expect this to be cleaned up or at least get the bark spread around and the weeds, which shortly will be a fire hazard, removed?
