    At the intersection of 27th Street North and 58th Place North there is a very high water table. You can dig down with a post hole digger and about 1 foot under the surface you hit water. On the other side of the fence inside of the Southernaire mobile home park you can see water leeching out of the ground and draining down the incline. Please check for a backed up condition that might be causing the rain water to have to find a different way out of the ground. Urgent.
