    Contractors have been seen working on the property out of unmarked white cargo vans.

    The city code requires that licensed contractors mark their vehicles with their business name and phone numbers.

    These vehicles have faulty car alarms and are a persistent nuisance to residents of the surrounding blocks. This is a persistent and ongoing issue.

    Please open separate cases with both L&I and PPA.

    "No Parking In This Street" signs have been installed overnight in this alley. I believe that they were installed by the owner of 906 N 20th St, rather than by the Streets Department. Please open this case with the Streets Department.

    This is an urgent quality of life issue for residents of nearby blocks, these signs made 16+ parking spaces disappear.
