    It looks like the emergency no parking sign was altered so that it includes all of 2016. Does this company have a new permit? If so, is it OK to just alter an old one?

    The signs for emergency no parking were placed on the morning of December 2 (wednesday) effective December 3. Isnt there supposed to be a 3 day notice period. If so, then I don't think any tickets should be issued until saturday.
