    This apartment building has a habit of placing trash in the alley when they cannot access their gated dumpster. So the property manager or the owner will move the garbage into the alley.

    There are several cars parked overnight during the week & weekends with Virginia & Maryland tags in our neighborhood & on our block. There isn't enough parking for the residents with zone parking & who pay taxes. We need more parking enforcement during the night.
