    There has been trash and debris, including a large couch, on this curb since the first week of October (at least!). The couch has been deteriorating. This is a Pike International house, so naturally the landlord has done nothing.

    I have reported this issue several times on this website, spoken with the LCI director, and discussed it with neighborhood residents, but no action has been taken. Legally, Pike should have been subjected to a $99/day fine ever since I first reported this problem -- but either the anti-blight ordinance is not being enforced, or the fine is not high enough to deter large conglomerates like Pike from refusing to take responsibility.
