On 14 mile road and Halstead road intersection the traffic light turns from Green then yellow to red so quick when coming steep down hill after you see the flashing numbers coming down from 10 to zero which will not give you enough time to stop easy specially on slippery days and snow. Because it is a long steep portion of that road the flashing numbers have to start at least from 20 and down so you can avoid hitting the red light which most drivers do.
