This issue has been going on for the last year since I moved here.
City trucks constantly speeding (in excess of 35 mph) down Alden street entering the dumping yard at the ed of the street. On more than one occasion I have witnessed local pets / children being nearly hit due to driver negligence. I have phoned public works multiple times and was given the standard party line of "we will look in to it" What do I do? Call the police and waste their time? Unless these city workers are made to suffer the consequences of their actions nothing will ever change.
