    Looks like an illegal dump site. But no, it is where borough "temporarily" stores construction debris according to borough employee. Has been here for at least 6 months.

    It is behind library and within sight of playground. Hard to believe that anyone can think that this is OK.

    3. Large limb from borough's tree still hanging into neighbors yard
    4. Fencing surrounding borough's equipment again falling down
    5. Trailer with old appliances has been parked in borough lot for months.
