Hi, i live right by the No.2 Road, The asphalt on the patch work and the manhole is lower than the roadway, and it is becoming an issue. Because whenever there are cars passes by the manhole, you can feel vibration inside the house, the worst is between the rush hours, and there are even small cracks on the walls in the house. Therefore, Is it possible to even the patch area and the manhole with the roadway, or move the manhole opening onto the bike lane or sidewalk?
