National Grid repaired damage to a pole in front of 3 Centennial Ave. They reattached some wires to 97 Western Ave but left some wrapped around a tree at 97 Western Ave that are too low over the sidewalk and driveway at 3 Centennial Ave.

There are no street lights working from the Fisherman Statue to Stage Fort Park creating a very dangerous situation. I was almost run down crossing the street at the intersection of Centennial & Western Ave because there is absolutely no visibility for the entire length of the Boulevard.

The hanging wires & dangling phone pole have still not been addressed. Has Comcast been contacted? There haven't been responses to my last 2 inquiries.

The phone pole work outside my house has been incomplete since early July. New, taller poles were installed on Centennial, wires transferred, & old poles removed, EXCEPT FOR the last two on the street, one of which is right outside my residence. Here, the old pole was just jammed onto the new with a tangle of wires and boxes left to swing in the wind. I was told it was temporary and would be finished after the holiday. This arrangement has been obscuring the light from 2 of my windows, casting dark shadows that are causing those rooms to become damp. I have had phone and internet problems related to faulty connections and have been told by Verizon that wires are not properly attached. It’s now been almost 4 months. The project seems to be abandoned. I am requesting the wires be moved and securely fastened onto the new pole, and that the old pole be removed so that the monstrous shadows cast from this neglected mess do not impact the sunlight coming into my windows.

    Thank you,
