Please pick up this trash people leave on the sidewalk across from 3434 magnolia the poor old man who is trying to run a business has to continually clean this trash left behind by night squatters in front of the door of his shop

3508 Magnolia street current situation the tenants in this building are always loading the front sidewalk and driveway with garbage Karla Davis asked one of the tenants if it was gonna be picked up he was very rude and said he didn't know or care. And asked who cares anyway the whole neighborhood is getting gentrified really bad attitude about it. My question is how can the city put pressure on the landlord for allowing his tenants to trash the our neighborhood It's a ongoing problem their trash completely blocks the sidewalk. Is there a way to contact this landlord.
