    Robert Potts has reported that drainage behind Five Guys and shopping center needs to be regraded. The ditch causes his yard to flood severely when heavy rain falls. The standing rain water also causes the mosquito population to explode. Mr. Potts also believes that the COUNTY needs to suggest the plazza occupants install a fence or more trash cans to prevent trash build up in ditch.
