205 Flynn Avenue Burlington, Vermont - Burlington Electric
There are a series of bone jarring potholes on Flynn Ave west of its junction with Pine Street. Going west they begin at about Briggs Street and run west to Oak Beach Road. There is a strip or a deep crease in the middle of Flynn from Oak Beach Road to the RR tracks. The holes are worse when you are driving east. More over, someone has taken the stop sign down on the corner of Oak Beach and Flynn. I counted 13 potholes (small ones) heading south on Oak Beach. It is absolutely incredible to me that the city has not addressed these car damaging pot holes and strips of uneven pavement. This summer alone we've wasted taxpayer money building a second sidewalk from Shelburne Road to Pine along the north side of Flynn. Several of the side streets have had resurfacing (needed), But increasingly Flynn Avenue west of the Pine Street jiunction is in dis repair. There is a lot of truck traffic in the area, maybe their taxes and fees can address the roads they are helping to tear up.
