    I reported issue ID 1897881 in September. Received email later that the issue was closed and archived because the gas company was notified. How is it closed? No action has been taken. See photo attached.
    Text submitted with ID 1897881: "When natural gas lines were replace on IOH, an access hole and cover was installed at the intersection of Island Dr and Grimball Point Rd. Now it is sinking creating a pothole. What's the danger of a gas leak!"

    Standing water in street and ditch in front of 27 McIntosh Dr. Downstream neighbors culvert under driveway has collapsed preventing drainage of the ditch (see photo).

    The entire length of McIntosh Dr. from Barnett to the private drive gate has been crumbling for years due to poor drainage and age. Probably the worst on Isle of Hope. Repairs made have made it worse. Time to repave the entire length!
